Welcome to KampGard! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related products offered by KampGard ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What do our Terms & Conditions cover?
1. Services

KampGard provides tent cleaning, repair, and reproofing services ("Services"). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Bookings and Payments
​

Booking: Bookings can be made through our Google Form, Facebook Messenger, and/or phone.

Down Payment: A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your service appointment and 50% upon delivery.

Payment: We accept cash and online payments.

Cancellation: You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pickup and Delivery

We offer free pickup and delivery within Metro Manila.

Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup and delivery time.

Please ensure your tent is properly packed and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking our Services.

You are responsible for emptying your tent of all personal belongings before pickup.

You are responsible for informing us of any existing damage to your tent.
-
You are responsible for inspecting your tent upon delivery and notifying us of any concerns within 24 hours.

5. Liability

KampGard takes great care in cleaning and repairing your tent. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your tent that occurs as a result of:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper care or storage of your tent.

Damage caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).

KampGard is not responsible for any items left inside the tent.

We are not liable for any delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

​Our liability for any loss or damage to your tent will not exceed the cost of the Services provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

8. Governing Law
​
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
​
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
